Where can I park?

We recommend parking in the P1 or P2 parking garages at Square One Shopping Centre, near the main entrances by TD Bank or Earls. These areas offer easy access to the mall and are a short walk to our clinic which is located inside the  For Eyes by Clearly. Parking at Square One is free for all shoppers.

Which eye care services are covered by my Ontario Health Care?

Accepted Answer

Eye exams are fully covered for patients aged 19 and under, and for those 65 and older, with a valid Ontario Health Care card.

Coverage for certain medical eye appointments may vary. Please contact the clinic directly for details.

Do you charge extra for retina imaging with children and senior exams?

Do you complete driving forms or vision forms for work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our optometrists can complete vision forms required for driving, employment, or specialized professions.
Please bring the required paperwork to your appointment. Contact the clinic directly in advance, as some forms may require additional testing and may involve an extra fee.

How can I use my $20 store credit after completing my eye exam?

Accepted Answer

Applies to same-day purchases only at our retail optical partner and may be used toward glasses or contact lenses. Excludes eye exams and professional fees.

Where in the mall are you located?

Our clinic is located within the For Eyes by Clearly store inside of Square One Shopping Centre on Level 2. Enter the mall from any main entrance, take the escalator or elevator to Level 2, and follow signage toward Geox. We are located next to Geox which is a short walk from the main entrances, including those near TD Bank and Earls.
