Asgarpour Optometry at West Edmonton Mall delivers full-scope eye care for patients throughout Edmonton. Our clinic provides comprehensive eye exams, advanced diagnostic testing, and personalized vision care using modern optometric technology. Dr. Frankie Ho
Dr. Frankie Ho was born and raised in Edmonton. He completed his Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Biology with a psychology minor at MacEwan University. He went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry with Magna Cum Laude at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois.
Although Dr. Ho has an interest in all areas of optometry, specific areas of interest include Glaucoma management, contact lenses and pediatric eye care.
When not in clinic, he loves exploring the outdoors (even during the cold winters), and loves indoor and outdoor activities such as hiking, badminton, running and skiing. On occasion, you will also see him exploring restaurants and cafes around the city!
Dr. Mathew Singh
Dr. Singh is originally from Barrie, Ontario. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, earning a double major in Biology and Psychology with a minor in Chemistry. He then pursued his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry.
During his optometric training in Puerto Rico, Dr. Singh developed a strong foundation in ocular disease and gained valuable experience caring for patients with longstanding and complex eye conditions. This experience shaped his approach to optometry and reinforced the importance of building lasting relationships with patients while providing thorough, individualized care
Outside of optometry, hiking and fitness have become an important part of Dr. Singh’s life since moving to Alberta. He is excited to continue building his career and life in the province.

Children 18 and under are eligible for an AHC-covered comprehensive eye exam. Retinal imaging & OCT included.
Myopia Control
$100
Includes myopia management and follow-up visits for the remainder of the year. Myopia control glasses and medications are not included.
Contact Lens Exam
$30-50
Contact lens assessment for fit, vision, and comfort. Trial lens and follow up appointments included. Price varies on type of fitting.
AISH Eye Exam
No Cost
For eligible AISH patients when the eye exam is not otherwise covered by AHC. Retinal imaging & OCT included.
Vision & Employment Forms
No Cost
Included at no additional cost when completed with a comprehensive eye exam.
Senior Eye Exam
No Cost
Adults 65+ are eligible for AHC-covered comprehensive eye exams. Retinal imaging & OCT included.
